A COMMUNITY THAT HONORS QUESTIONS
CURIOSITY IS ONE OF GODíS GIFTS.

Human curiosity is one of Godís greatest gifts. At Mount Olive we strive for an atmosphere in which no questions are out of bounds and where all answers are respected and discussed. We offer many opportunities to reflect on holy writings and teachings, and many ways to apply them to our personal lives and to our interaction with neighbors, near and far.

Louise Schroedel Memorial Library

After being packed away for over a year and a half, Mount Oliveís library is settling into its new home in the Parish House office wing. With more than 5,000 items, including books, CDs, videos and periodicals, the library is a resource for all members of Mount Olive, both children and adults. All are invited to drop in and browse the shelves, or take at look at the selected offerings on display in the Courtyard Mini Library in the hospitality area.

The Louise Schroedel Memorial Library is named for the wife of the Rev. Theophil Schroedel, a longtime Mount Olive pastor. Louise’s love of books and her generosity in lending books to parishioners captures the spirit of the library. To contribute to the library or to volunteer, contact us.
