Action for Health in the Americas (AHA) is the North American counterpart of Educación Popular en Salud (EPES), based in Chile. EPES supports sustainable, community-based public health initiatives that promote the dignity and rights of the poor in Chile.
Mount Olive also supports ELCA missionary Karen Anderson, a health and education professional who serves with the staff of EPES.

Bethania Kids is a Christian ministry that brings hope and wholeness to people in India. Mount Olive has been a significant supporter of the organization since its beginning in 1997. Bethania Kids supports orphans, children with disabilities, and families in eighteen locations in southern India.

Through Augusta Victoria Hospital, LWF provides life-saving health care for Palestinians from across the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Its mobile clinics provide early breast cancer detection and diabetes care.
